Reflective nylon decorative zipper

Reflective decorative nylon zippers are made by hot pressing or weaving a layer of reflective strips with glass microbeads on the fabric tape of the nylon zipper, so that the zipper can visually display the presence of the wearer, and can be clearly visible to the wearer under any lighting conditions during the day and under the illumination of motor vehicle headlights at night in dangerous situations, enhancing safety.

This product is divided into two types according to the process: bonding and weaving. It is also divided into 5mm symmetrical type and full width type according to specifications. Currently, the main type is 7 #.

After bonding processing, the side to be bonded will have a darker color compared to the other side due to high-temperature treatment.

Product usage precautions

Regarding ironing:

You cannot iron directly on the zipper teeth.

Regarding washing:

When washing, the zipper should be closed and not suitable for dry cleaning. The temperature during drying should not exceed 40 ℃

Not suitable for soaking in laundry detergent for a long time.

※ Regarding color fastness

When using or stacking on fabrics processed with coatings such as PVC, TPU, PU, AC glue, or in contact with such substances, please insert a spacer paper or film between the zipper and the fabric (or accessories containing such substances) to prevent transfer from reacting with residual organic solvents on the fabric.

Regarding storage

Not suitable for contact with chemical agents and organic solvents;

The standard combination of full width reflective strips with spray painted pulls is not suitable for using electroplated pulls to avoid damaging the reflective strips due to friction.

Reflective strips are based on reflectivity, and there may be sensory and visual color differences between batches or within the same batch at different angles, but it will not affect reflectivity.
